Susan Mudhune has over two decades of experience in the banking and corporate sectors, having held various Board and executive management roles across a range of institutions. A recognized authority in corporate governance, she is also a certified trainer with wide-ranging experience across multiple sectors in Sub-Saharan Africa. Her professional engagements have spanned Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Mozambique, and South Africa.

She has served in leadership roles on several prominent boards, including as Chairperson and Director of NSE-listed companies such as Carbacid Investment Limited (current), KCB Group (2001– 2008), Safaricom (2009–2018), Sanlam (2009– 2021), and Eveready East Africa (2007–2017). In addition, she has contributed to public and non-profit organizations such as the Kenya Girl Guides Association (KGGA) (current), Paukwa (current), and the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) (2018–2023)

Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Education and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, both from the University of Nairobi in Kenya.
