Water as Leverage, Nakuru is an initiative of Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) | Partner in Sustainable Development , an agency of the government of the Netherlands that focuses on supporting businesses, sustainability and international trade) and VEI (Vitens Evides International) in partnership with Nakuru County government. RVO is the primary funding and project facilitator, driving the development of innovative, bankable water management solutions to address the city’s pressing water and climate adaptation needs by leveraging water as a key resource for sustainable urban development. The initiative tackles SDG 6, SDG 11 and SDG 13. KIFFWA – Kenya Innovative Finance Facility for Water is honoured to partner with RVO, Invest International, VEI and UN-Habitat Urban Lab in the Water as Leverage, Nakuru Program. Through our technical and financial expertise, we are keen to co-create bankable solutions that will benefit Nakuru County.
