Joy has 12 years’ experience as an engineer, water sector specialist and project manager for water and sanitation interventions.
She is a specialist in water sector public policy, PPPs, private sector development and water for agriculture and manufacturing services. Besides her role within KIFFWA, Joy is the Africa Regional Lead for the 2030 Water Resources Group (World Bank Group). She previously worked for Davis & Shirtliff, a supplier of water related equipment in the East African region.
Joy holds a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from Moi University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nairobi and a Master of Commerce (M. Com) degree in Development Finance from the University of Cape Town in South Africa.
